Billing questions

FAQ
CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN MONTHLY AND YEARLY?
Yes — upgrade to yearly from the app anytime and the lower rate starts on your next cycle. Moving from yearly back to monthly happens at renewal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE BEFORE THE YEAR ENDS?
The yearly plan is billed upfront for 12 months at €1,800. If you check out early, the remaining full months convert to the monthly rate and we refund the difference.
HOW IS A SHARED BOX PRICED?
It depends on how many of you share and how the space is split. Write to [email protected] — we do the math, and each sharer pays their own part automatically.
DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
Yes, all listed prices include VAT. The invoice arrives by email after every automatic payment.
